Aujourd'hui, je fais le trajet avec Sandrine pour aller au Golf National. On se place derrière le premier départ pour observer les départs de plusieurs parties.
Hier, elle était déjà là, et aujourd'hui, Annika Sörenstam est encore présente aux côtés du starter sur l’aire de départ. Elle prend même des photos des joueuses annoncées par le starter.
Puis, Céline Boutier descend vers le départ du 1. Elle reçoit un accueil très chaleureux et on chante même la Marseillaise. Malheureusement, son jeu s'avère un peu moins précis qu'hier. Mais bon, il y a toujours beaucoup de choses à voir. La logistique d'un tel tournoi est impressionnante.
En arrivant sur « mon » trou 13, je vois le marquage faites des zones à pénalité. Jaune d'un côté et rouge de l'autre. La DZ (voir post 20) correspond aux piquets jaunes.
Avant l'arrivée du groupe avec Céline Boutier, une caméra mobile arrive (il y a un caméraman/femme derrière chaque green, et un autre qui suit chaque groupe)
Ma période de service se termine, et je passe par le trou no. 14. Je tombe sur le dernier groupe sur l’aire de départ. Elles sont toutes assises à l'ombre car il fait assez chaud et c’est encore très ensoleillé. Le retard est dû au fait qu'une joueuse du groupe précédent n'a pas joué de balle provisoire et doit donc retourner au départ pour en frapper une nouvelle balle.
Je rejoins Alex au trou 16. Qui, pour tester le trajet de vendredi avec Luc (le mari de Soazig, la propriétaire du restaurant et du gîte à Choisel), a pris la voiture jusqu'à Saint-Rémy, puis le RER-B jusqu'à Massy-Palaiseau, et ensuite la navette jusqu'au Golf National.
Je passe voir Sandrine sur la tour du trou 17, puis ensemble nous retournons à nos vélos.
Sur ma route de retour je passe toujours par Voisins-les-Bretonneux. Juste après le golf il y a un grand rond-point. Aujourd'hui, deux policiers à cheval y sont postés.
Ce soir, nous passons une soirée avec Sandrine, Marine et Mathieu. Nous allons descendre pour prendre un verre et grignoter un plateau fromage/charcuterie ensemble.

Today with Sandrine we’re off together to the Golf National. We’re off to the first tee to watch the tee-offs of various flights.
She was there yesterday as well, and today, Annika Sörenstam is once again at the starter box on the tee, she takes photos as well of the three players being announced by the starter.
Then, Céline Boutier comes down to the first tee. She receives a roaring welcome, and they even sing the Marseillaise. Unfortunately, it later turns out that her game was a bit less sharp than yesterday. But there’s still plenty to see.
The logistics of such a tournament are quite impressive. There are routes where buggies aren’t allowed and other routes where only buggies can go. In the first days, these signs weren’t up, and the buggy drivers sometimes acted like they were Verstappen… you had to jump out of the way to avoid them!
Arriving at ‘my’ hole 13, I see the marking of the water hazards. Yellow on one side and red on the other. The DZ (see post 20) corresponds to the yellow stakes.
My shift ends, and I walk by hole 14. There, I find the last flight on the teeing area.
They’re all sitting in the shade because it’s quite warm and very sunny. The delay is due to a player in the previous flight who didn’t play a provisional ball and has to walk back to hit a new ball.
I meet up with Alex at hole 16. Today, he took the car to St-Rémy, then the RER-B to Massy-Palaiseau, and finally the shuttle to Golf National. This was to test the journey and to see how long it takes because tomorrow Alex will be going to the golf course with Luc (the husband of Soazig, the owner of the restaurant and the gîte in Choisel).
who is at the laser on green no. 17. After her shift is over, we walk to our bycicles. On the way we see a group of Korean supporters. When I ask them if I can take their picture they immediately stand in line with big smiles!
My usual route is through Voisins-les-Bretonneux. Just after the golf you pass a big roundabout. Today, there are two mounted police officers stationed there. Tonight, we’re having an evening with Sandrine, Marine and Mathieu. We’re having drinks and and a bite to eat downstairs for a nice get-together.

Vandaag rijd ik met Sandrine mee en we gaan achter de eerste tee staan om naar de afslagen van verschillende flights te kijken. Gisteren stond ze er ook en vandaag weer bij de starter op de teebox staat Annika Sörenstam. Ze neemt zelf ook foto’s van de 3 speelsters die door de starter worden aangekondigd.
En dan komt Céline Boutier naar beneden lopen. Ze krijgt een daverende ontvangst en de Marseillaise wordt zelfs gezongen. Helaas blijkt later dat haar spel iets minder scherp was dan gisteren. Maar goed er is genoeg te zien. De logistiek op zo’n toernooi mag ook enige naam hebben. Er zijn routes die niet met buggies afgelegd mogen worden en andere routes waar alleen buggie mogen rijden. De eerste dagen stonden deze borden er niet en de buggiedrivers doen soms net of ze Verstappen zijn..... je moest soms wegspringen om ze te ontwijken!!!
Voordag de flight met Céline Boutier aankomt komt er een mobiele camera (er staat op iedere hole achter de green een cameraman/vrouw en met iedere flight loopt een cameraman mee). Daar komt meteen een bal tegenaan. Die speelster heeft geluk, haar bal ligt daardoor niet in de hoge rough.
Met Alex afgesproken op hole 16. Hij is vandaag met de auto naar St-Rémy gegaan vervolgens de RER-B naar Massy/Palaiseau en dan de navette naar de Golf National. Dit om uit te proberen hoe deze reis is en vooral hoe lang want morgen gaag Alex met Luc (de man van Soazig, de eigenaresse van het restaurant en de gîte in Choisel) samen naar de golf.
Op onze route naar de fietsenstalling komen we een groepje Koreaanse supporters tegen. Op mijn vraag of ik ze mag fotograferen staan ze meteen in formatie met enthousiaste gezichten! Heel leuk.
Ik fiets altijd door Voisins-les-Bretonneux en dan kom je langs een rotonde. Daar staan twee agenten te paard. Vanavond hebben we een avondje met Sandrine en Marine (en haar vriend). We gaan gezellig beneden een drankje en hapje doen.
